lahnch (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a platform that creates and manages professional websites for restaurants. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our service at lahnch.com.

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed by Clerk)
• Restaurant information: business name, address, menu items, photos, and contact details you provide
• Payment information: billing details processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interaction logs for improving the service
• Communications: messages you send us via chat or email

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the lahnch platform
• Build and host your restaurant website
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, alerts) and service updates
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate:

• Clerk — authentication and identity management
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — website hosting and analytics
• Amazon Web Services — database and infrastructure

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we initiate a 30-day grace period during which your data is preserved in case of accidental deletion. After 30 days, your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (see Section 7)
• Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through one of these methods:

After a deletion request, a 30-day grace period begins. Your data will be permanently removed after that period. You may cancel the deletion request within those 30 days by contacting support.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (via Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how our service is used. We do not use advertising cookies.
